The Services offered by INNERCURE INC. and MELINA IEZZA, C.C.HT. are non- diagnostic and are not to take the place of psychological or medical care. The services provided are for vocational or avocational self improvement and can be used as an adjunct to medical or psychotherapeutic or healing arts services and care, not in place of.

At INNERCURE we utilize all our resources to help our clients achieve their desired outcome. However since the success of the services provided depend on the client's cooperation, willingness, susceptibility, and responsiveness, we can not guarantee the results or the progress that will be made either stated or implied. Therefore there are no refunds of session or program fees.

Our Cancellation policy is as follows:

• There will be no charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment time.
• There will be a half session charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours and more than 3 hours in advance of the appointment time.
• There will be a full session charge for missed appointments or cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment time.
• The credit card on file will be charged for the above cancellation fees. In cases which a credit card is not on file, an invoice will be sent to the client.
