Our Cancellation policy is as follows:
- There will be no charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment time.
- There will be a half session charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours and more than 3 hours in advance of the appointment time.
- There will be a full session charge for missed appointments or cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment time.
- The credit card on file will be charged for the above cancellation fees. In cases which a credit card is not on file, an invoice will be sent to the client.
